Familias First provides support to individuals with special needs and their families.

We are looking for a part-time Administrative Support Assistant to help with the daily operations. The Administrative support assistant aids different departments with a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Office Support
    • Conduct phone calls
    • Update systems and documents
    • Schedule initial meetings
  • Provide support to the office manager in the daily office operations
    • Send letters to different sources
    • Filing documents
    • Perform receptionist duties when needed

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1 year of office work experience in a clerical role
  • Excellent organization skills
  • Comfortable working independently
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Bi-Lingual (Spanish speaking preferred)
